L'histoire de ce biscuit

Our coated coconut rocks are hand-made: finely grated coconut and whipped egg whites, shaped into small domes, oven-baked to a lightly caramelised crust, then dipped one by one in Belgian dark chocolate at 60% cocoa. The contrast between the crisp chocolate shell and the tender coconut core is the signature of this biscuit. 180g box, about 12 rocks depending on size.
